AORE Holdings creates opulent dwellings in New York City. Their latest condominium site on the Bowery is within a stone’s throw of where the Ramones played their first show and Basquiat made masterpieces on the sidewalks. Potential buyers want to access all of the necessities and perks of the area without feeling like they’re invaders. In fact, they’re not regular parents. They’re, like, really cool parents.

Good Blood directed and produced a seven minute long film that loops silently on two enveloping screens in the building’s sales office. The video installation is a hang out in the neighborhood on a warm spring day, welcoming the viewer to be a person that picks up some organic figs for the kids at the grocer one minute and has a drink at a rock show the next.
